Bequests

When you make your Will, you may like to remember the significant work the E.J. Whitten Foundation performs.

Here is an example to include a bequest in your Will.

“ I give and bequeath to the E.J. Whitten Foundation, 13 Campbell Street, Yarraville VIC 3013, to support prostate cancer for men’s health, the sum of $_______ (ENTER SPECIFIC AMOUNT OR THE % OF RESIDUE FROM ESTATE) free of all duties and taxes, if any CGT, with the written acknowledgement of the E.J. Whitten Foundation to be accepted by my executors as a full and complete discharge.”
